a) Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call Specslife customer care at 08886777550 or send an email to support@Specslife.com to request for cancellation.
b) Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from Specslife warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.

Partial cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.

* In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and Specslife will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
* Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Under this circumstance, Specslife reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be entire order amount )from the user if similar charges are also borne by Specslife.
* Specslife.com offers a 14 day replacement policy to all its customers.
* Customers can raise a replacement request by logging into their account or can call Specslife customer care at 08886777550 or send an email to support@Specslife.com with order Details.
* Post replacement request, customers are required to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and Send the package to the specslife warehouse.
* In case of Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered if wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order placement.
* If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; Specslife reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user.
* Contact lenses cannot be refunded if their packaging has been opened/tampered.
* In case you wish to return Contact Lenses, its box & the lenses inside the box must not be opened. It will still be non-returnable if you've opened the box however, the lenses inside are unused.
* Return is only possible if the box and the lenses inside the box are still sealed and accessories, warranty/instruction papers are still intact.

Complete refund or replacement process normally takes about 10-15 working days.

Return/Refund is only possible if the box packaging and the lenses inside the box are still sealed and any additional accessories, warranty/instruction papers are still intact.
Return/Refund cannot be processed if :
* The box packaging has been opened/tampered.
* The box & the elements inside the box (lenses) are opened.
* The lenses inside are unused but the box is opened.
* Due to safety & hygiene measures, Specslife Lens Cleaning Wipes are a non-returnable product

* Up to One Year Conditional Warranty is applicable on Eyeglasses & Power Sunglasses category. The actual warranty period is mentioned on the lens selection page.
* Six months warranty is offered on Computer Glasses category.
* No warranty is offered on Reading Glasses, Color Blind Glasses & Sunglasses category.
* Warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
* Under this warranty, only defective/damaged lens coating will be covered.
* This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer's part.
* This warranty is valid only when you buy through Specslife.com.
* A product will only be replaced by Specslife on its sole discretion depending on the nature of defects.
* Specslife will not be responsible for the warranty of products by other sellers/brands.
* Specslife will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages.
